Meyer Wire & Cable Company LLC, is a designer and manufacturer of quality cable and coil cords.
We specialize in very flexible and durable coil cords and offer a wide range of custom made cables. The insulation materials we use are of the highest quality and meet a wide range of service temperatures. Whether you need a small batch of custom cable or a high quantity of coil cords with quick lead times, we are there to help.
We offer short lead times, small custom batches of cable made in house, and custom cable design support so that you can get a quality product that will last.
WIDE color palate
We offer a variety of colors in stock and can custom design specialty colors in polyurethane, PVC, Hytrel, and thermoplastic rubber (TPR). Our flexible cords are used in a variety of industries, each designed to meet the clients' applications. All cords are fully inspected for quality assurance before leaving Meyer Wire. Quality is our priority.
Custom Coil cords
Our expert cable designers will give you a custom cord designed to meet all needed specifications. We can design cords that extend and retract up to 20 million flexes. Our cords are designed for easy pull applications up to rugged usage. All of our products are RoHS and REACH compliant. UL listed cable and cords are available. We can also coil cable made by another manufacturer. Contact us for a coil sample, free of charge.
COILING CUSTOMERS CABLE
While we are a cable manufacturer specializing in 1/2” or smaller diameter cable, we do have the equipment to coil other larger diameters. We often take on projects where a customer sends us their cable (or in the photo above, pre-molded cable cut to lengths) and coil them to custom dimensions.
BULK CABLE
Coil cords are our specialty, but we also make and sell custom bulk cable. A typical run is of 1,000ft and we offer special bulk quantity pricing as well. Our lead times are typically under 3 weeks as we take pride in our quick turnarounds.
